Der Grundpreis vom Haus ist 10.000 Ft.<\/p>\n

Es hat zwei Stockwerke, im Erdgeschoss ist das Badezimmer, eine amerikanische K\u00fcche, v\u00f6llig ausger\u00fcstet (K\u00fchlschrank, Tiefk\u00fchlteil, Mikro, Gasherd, Esszeug, Kaffeemaschine), und das Vorzimmer mit eine\"\"<\/a>m Sofa.
\nDies benutzen haupts\u00e4chlich Angler.
\nOben gibt es drei Zimmer, das grosse Zimmer sieht auf den See, mit einem grossen, s\u00fcdlich gelegenen Balkon. Hier befindet sich ein franz\u00f6sisches Bett und ein Einzelbett. Im anderen Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett, im kleinen Zimmer ein Einzelbett. So haben max. 8 Personen Platz. Es gibt einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer bzw. im Zimmer, das auf den See geht.<\/p>\n

Vom Nachbarn ist der Hof durch eine Hecke separiert, also das Haustier braucht sehr beobachtet zu werden.<\/p>\n

Also bitte nehmen Sie es beim W\u00e4hlen auch in Acht.<\/p>\n

Der Hof ist auf einem von Wind gesch\u00fctztem Gebiet. Es ist s\u00fcdlich gelegen, also wir empfehlen es ausgesprochen f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste, die sich sonnen und erholen m\u00f6chten. \u00a0Zu ihrer Erholung versichern wir 2 Liegest\u00fchle, Gartenbank, Grillm\u00f6glichkeit, (Grill, Kessel, Grillplatte ).<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr Angler:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dieses Haus befindet sich auf zwei Grunst\u00fccken, also 3-4 Angler haben sicher Platz. das Wassertiefe ist zwischen 6-10 m. Zwei grosse Stege und ein Boot geh\u00f6ren auch zum Haus, der eine ist nah dem Wasserspiegel. Es gibt zwei Bojen vor dem Haus, die eine ist im seichten Wasser, die andere im Tieferen.\u00a0 Es ist empfehlenswert Futter mitzubringen, im Interesse von einem sicheren Fang, das kann man sowohl mit Boot oder mit Futterboot einf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n

Auf dem Steg gibt es einen Halter f\u00fcr die Rute, Beleuchtung und einen Reflektor.\u00a0 So m\u00f6chten wir das Angeln auch bei der Nacht versichern.<\/p>\n
